Philippines Set to Shine on Global Karate Stage! 3rd Japan Karate Association (JKA) Philippines International Championship.

Scheduled for August 27–30, 2026, in Davao City, the four-day championship will gather top-level Filipino karate practitioners, international guests, and martial arts enthusiasts nationwide.

Davao City, Philippines — [December 7, 2025] — The Philippines is set to shine on the global karate stage as RPConnect Corporation and JKA Philippines officially sign a strategic partnership for the 3rd Japan Karate Association (JKA) Philippines International Gasshuku and Karate-DO Championship.

This landmark event commemorates the 70th Anniversary of Philippines–Japan Friendship, celebrates the Spirit of KADAYAWAN, and serves as the National Tryout Selection of Participants for the 2027 JKA World Cup in Takasaki, Japan.


The partnership positions RPConnect as the official media, marketing, and sponsorship partner, delivering nationwide promotion and global media exposure through its Associated News Agency (ANA) network. JKA Philippines will manage tournament operations, athlete coordination, venue logistics, and international-standard event execution.
