This Memorial Day weekend, Corner Bar Management is celebrating the unofficial kick-off of the Summer season with delicious dining, delightful drinks and dynamic DJ’s at East Fremont hotpots Park on FremontWe All ScreamCheapshotCommonwealthLucky DayLa Mona Rosa and DISCOPUSSY.

Park On Fremont
Park on Fremont, located at 506 E Fremont St, is the perfect place to lounge outside and enjoy some amazing food, with the venue debuting its brand new 2,200-square-foot patio just in time to catch some rays.

Burger lovers can celebrate National Hamburger Day on Sunday, May 28 with one of Park on Fremont’s house-crafted specialties such as the “Truffle Burger,” made from angus beef chuck and topped with muenster cheese, cornichons, caramelized onions and truffle spread on a sesame bun or the mouthwatering “50/50,” a patty made from pork chorizo and angus beef chuck covered with asadero cheese, jalapeño mayo, avocado slices, tomato, onions, lettuce on a sesame bun.

All of their house specialty burgers pair perfectly with the restaurant and bar’s impressive selection of craft beers or hand-crafted cocktails. 

We All Scream


We All Scream, located at 517 E Fremont St, has a Memorial Day weekend line-up that is so hot that you’ll need one of the club’s signature ice cream flavors to cool down. 

The weekend will begin with a bang on Friday, May 26 with We All Scream Fridays with DJs Midnight Affair, Greg Davis, Lio Sounds and JDHD starting at 9 p.m.

The party will continue on Saturday, May 27 with We All Scream Saturdays with Wizdumb, DJ Shuan, Greg Davis, Neek Lopez and The Trash Pandas starting at 9 p.m. 

We All Scream will close out Memorial Day weekend and revel in the imminent arrival of Pride Month in June with Dirty Sundays, a celebration highlighting local LGBTQ+ promoters and talent, starting at 6 p.m.

DISCOPUSSY

If you’re looking for a swinging good time this weekend, then look no further than DISCOPUSSY, located on 512 E Fremont St.

On Friday, May 26, the dance haven will turn it up to 11 with a raucous edition of Holy House bolstered by the sounds of Taiki Nulight starting at 10 p.m. Taiki Nulight, or Erka Chinbayer to his friends, has been DJing and producing for many years, developing a sound influenced by UK Garage, House and Electronic Dance Music, he has created a trademark sound which is truly his own. 

The party will continue on Saturday, May 27 with Clyde P. taking the DISCOPUSSY stage to deliver a set that is sure to rock your ears. Regarded as one of France’s “best-kept secrets,” he is now one of the hottest DJ / producers in the French House scene, and is ready to send DISCOPUSSY up to new heights starting at 10 p.m. 

Closing out the weekend will be the Elation Presented “Octopus Recordings,” with headliner Sian taking over the DISCOPUSSY decks for the night. Sian, a DJ infamous for delivering sweat-soaked, hypnotic shows, has cultivated a unique sound that has taken him around the globe where he has demonstrated his unmistakable energy to packed dance-floors worldwide. Sian will be joined by co-headliners, Pig & Dan, who describe themselves as, “a duo of prolific writing madmen, who have devoted their lives to help bring moments of euphoria to those who are subjected to their DJ sets and productions.”

Cheapshot

Cheapshot, located on 517 E Fremont St Ste 110, reigns supreme as the most intimate showroom and discotheque in Las Vegas, and this Memorial Day Weekend is no exception. 

From 7-10 p.m each night of Memorial Day weekend, Cheapshot will host a happy hour with a 2-for-1 martini special bolstered by good music and even better vibes.

Those looking for a unique and sultry good time with friends to cap off this Memorial Day weekend should look no further than Spit or Swallow. On Sunday, May 28, this provocative game night is sure to make even the most sexually liberated friends blush. Commonwealth

Commonwealth, located on 525 E Fremont St, will kick off the weekend with a Happy Hour on Friday, May 26 starting at 7 p.m. where guests can enjoy discounted drink prices and good vibes in the form of the sounds of Sugatone. The festivities will continue on Saturday, May 27 with an edition of Viva El Perro, Commonwealth’s ode to authentic Latin and Reggaeton party experiences through music. Starting at 10 p.m., the sounds of stellar disc jockeys like AR, Exile, IAMLOU, Richy Rozay and Rody will fill the air and get your hips loosened up for the Summer season. Lucky Day

Lucky Day, East Fremont Street’s home to rare select tequilas and mezcals located on 516 E Fremont St, is the perfect place for those looking to turn up and get in the Summer spirit with a Latin twist. 

On Sunday, May 28 Lucky Day will host a high energy edition of Late Checkout with BSTANG, PDOT and friends starting at 10 p.m.. The music will keep you moving until the wee Memorial Day morning hours. More information can be found at the link here.

La Mona Rosa
